To ensure a smooth treatment, guests must arrive on time.
遲到者會由治療師適當地安排療程
Latecomers will be appropriately scheduled by the therapist.
如遲到超過15分鐘預約會自動取消，客人需要自行重新預約，不便之處敬請原諒。
If it exceeds 15 minutes, the appointment will be automatically canceled, you need to arrange the next time for treatment.

如客人預約脫毛療程請注意以下事項:
Hair Removal Notice:
1）進行脫毛前3日可以先輕輕剃毛及保濕
Please shave and moisturize the treatment areas 3 days before the treatment.
2）若客人到店時沒有剃毛，我們有機會就每一個部位收取額外的剃毛費用
An additional shaving fee for each part will be charged if you have not shave on arrival.
3）因為天氣炎熱，如皮膚曾經暴曬，請休息一下，讓皮膚降溫後大約至少一個月
If you excess sunlight exposure, please take a break and let the skin cool down for at least a month.
4）如服食藥物中，請先與我們查詢，是否適合脫毛
If you are taking medication, please check us first, whether it is suitable for hair removal treatment.
5）客人請自行計算好脫毛時間，脫毛療程相隔不能少於6星期（因客服比較繁忙，不作另行通知）
Please count the next treatment by yourself which should not be less than 6 weeks after the past treatment (Due to the busy, WhatsApp colleagues without further notice)
天氣乾燥，請記得做好保濕，脫毛前一晚和到店前建議使用乳液進行保濕
Please remember to apply moisturizer on the treatment areas before and after the treatment.
若顧客購買的是non-peak時段
請注意，只可以在指定時間內到店進行療程
If you had bought a non-peak period, please notice that visit our shop during the specified time.

Warm Reminder
每次脫毛療程至少相隔6星期做一次，客人完成脫毛療程後可預約下一次療程時間
Each hair removal session is recommended at least once every 6 weeks apart. Once you have completed your treatment, you may able to book your next treatment.
